Mole in Boots was a game for tablets and smartphones also created by the studio "24 Code Limit". It was my second work with them. The developers was looking for a happy music for this arcade project. The game was based on an arcade called Jump2Sky, created by the same developer one year ago, but they removed the game from stores to improve it.
In the original game, a medieval knight was trying to jump in a tower upward to escape the lava. For that, inicially I created a medieval and celtic music. Finally the concept of the game was changed totally, but I decided to leave the celtic melodies but combined with house music. I think the experiment worked fine.
In the final versiĆ³n, “Mole in Boots” becamed a platform game for younger and older players, ideal for family play. In his history, Jumpy was a little mole whom the evil King Gatuzzo has kidnapped his family to make them work in their mines.
Jumpy decided to go in search of them and then did meets with an old mole, who advised him to wear the golden boots which shortly before Jumpy had found in the mines.
"Put on those magic boots and you’ll be able to jump higher and run faster any mole in history!" Said the old mole.

In the game, you had to jump and run endlessly through various levels evading enemies and traps to rescue your family.

Update: The game was removed from the store in the fall of 2015. The Creative Commons BY licenses of the songs allowed developers to reuse some of the songs for the game "Fun Run". A classic runner with Minecraft's aesthetic:
